Buying Process

1 Arranging Your Mortgage

Before you begin your property search, it is advisable to arrange your finances, and have a mortgage agreed in principle. This will confirm how much money you will have to find a property within your price bracket.

2 Register Your Interest

The first step to find the desired property is to register with us by calling 01424 428966 or by visiting our office, you can also register your interest about a specific property online.

3 Finding The Right Property For You

Once we have an understanding of your requirements you will receive from us a selection of details that will match your criteria. We will keep you informed with all the latest suitable properties.

4 Viewings

We will make the viewing appointments of your choice, and accompany you throughout, so we are on hand to answer any questions and advise as required.

5 Making An Offer

Once you have identified a suitable property, we will forward your offer to the vendor both verbally and in writing, stating any conditions to the offer. Once agreed and confirmed you are able to proceed.

6 Instructing A Solicitor

The purchaser will be reliant on the instruction of an efficient solicitor, it would be advisable to use one who knows the area well.

7 Offer Agreed

Once your offer is accepted we will prepare memorandum of sale letters to the vendor and seller’s solicitors.

8 Conveyancing

Your solicitor will arrange the necessary searches and enquiries, and once confirmed will agree on a date for exchange of contracts.
